5-Week Summer Dance Class Schedule
DANCE
Summer Classes | 2 Dance Sessions
We are offering two dance sessions this year to accommodate performance and summer travel plans. There will be a 2-week Early Summer Technique Class session from June 18th to June 29th and a 5-week Summer Dance Class session from July 8th through August 10th.
Summer is a great time to try something new or to create your own intensive by registering for several classes in a variety of styles in order to broaden and strengthen your dance technique. Because families travel in summer months, students may register for a full or partial session.
There are many classes to choose from: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Stretch, Jazz/HipHop/Tap Combo, Acrobatics, Tiny Tots and Mini Ballerina. See schedule for exact days and times.
Students may pay by the lesson, dance punch card or session.

Learn to play an instrument this Summer!
In-person and virtual music lessons during the summer can be scheduled from July 8 through August 10. Students may schedule their lessons according to any summer travels.

Specialized Summer Workshops
ART OF DANCE INTENSIVE
August 12 – 14
3-Day Session
Monday – Wednesday
4:00 – 7:30 pm
This 3-day Dance Intensive workshop is for the dancer that wants to improve her/his dance technique and to explore the Art of Dance by learning choreography and stylized dance forms. This is for the Intermediate to Advanced level student with a minimum of 3 years of training.
Ages | 9 – 20
Attire | Leotard and tights or leggings. Dancers should bring all of their dance shoes.
Tuition | $235 per Workshop (3 days)
EARLY SUMMER TECHNIQUE CLASSES
June 18 – June 29
2-Week Session

Keep your strength! Maintain your skills! It’s FUN! There are many classes to choose from (see online schedule) and you pay with your punch card during this 2-week session. Registration is not required for the Early Summer Technique classes.
Ages | 9 and up
Monday – Friday | Classes after 4 pm
Saturday | 10 am – 12 pm
Attire | Leotard and tights or leggings. Appropriate dance shoes.
Tuition | Schedule available online ~ pay with Punch Card

SUMMER DANCE CLASSES

Fun Summer Dance Camps
POP STAR CAMP
July 21 – 25 &/or
August 5 – 9
1-Week Session
Boys and girls, come dance to todays’ music icons! Hip Hop, Tap , Jazz & Tumbling. styles will be taught. A short performance will be shown on the last day of camp. Crafts & healthy snack are included.
Attire: Comfortable clothing which is easy to move in or leotard and tights. Bring dance shoes if you have them. We have some shoes we can loan as well.

BEACH PARTY CAMP
June 24 – 28 &/or
July 29 – August 2
1-Week Session
Join us for summer beach party inspired week of dancing! A short performance will be shown on the last day of camp. Crafts & healthy snack are included.
Attire: Comfortable clothing which is easy to move in or leotard and tights. Bring dance shoes if you have them. We have some shoes we can loan as well.

STORYBOOK CAMP
June 10 – 14 &/or
July 29 – August 2
1-Week Session
In this one week camp students are encouraged to explore their imagination through all forms of storytelling. In a warm and supportive environment students will create art, dance and act out some of their favorite stories. A performance for family and friends will be presented on the last day of camp. Throughout the week students will utilize core STEM practices in fun and creative ways while learning the fundamentals of art and theater.

Half Day | 9am – 12pm or 1pm – 4pm

MUSICAL THEATER CAMP
June 17 – 28 &/or
July 8 – 19
2-Week Session
Join us for two weeks of musical theater fun! Students will be immersed in creative problem solving and skill building lessons in the morning and in the afternoon will work together as a team to create a fun musical performance for family and friends to enjoy on the last day of camp. Lessons will include public speaking, acting, voice, improvisation, movement and dance. Students will also stretch their creative art and engineering skills through designing and constructing sets, props and costumes. There are no auditions and students will receive a role based on individual aptitude and comfort level.
Note: Rehearsal times for final production are scheduled in the afternoons. Only students in full days or half day afternoons will participate in the production. Morning sessions will include art and theater intensives.
