Dance Workshop Camps
Join us for our 6-week Summer Dance Class session from June 30th through August 9th.
Summer is a great time to try something new or to create your own intensive by registering for several classes in a variety of styles in order to broaden and strengthen your dance technique. Because families travel in summer months, students may register for a full or partial session.
There are many classes to choose from: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Stretch, Jazz/HipHop/Tap Combo, Acrobatics, Tiny Tots and Mini Ballerina. See schedule for exact days and times.
Students may pay by the lesson, dance punch card or session.

Art of Dance Intensive

The “Art of Dance” Intensive is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers, combining the expertise of both guest teachers and the dedicated staff of EWMD. This immersive, 3-day experience will focus on learning choreography for upcoming performances while elevating dancers’ technique, artistry, and performance skills across a variety of styles. Each day will feature different styles of dance, with a focus on preparing dancers for stage-ready performances. EWMD staff will offer personalized guidance, helping dancers refine their performance skills and ensure they are ready for the spotlight. Minimum of 3 years of training required. Dancers should bring all of their dance shoes.

Keep dancing and fine-tuning your skills! There are many classes to choose from (see online schedule). Students may pay by the lesson, session or with the dance punch card during this 6-week Summer Session. Registration is required.

Absences | There are NO make-ups or refunds for classes missed once a student has registered. May sign up for a partial session or pay with a punch card.
Attire | Leotard and tights or leggings. Appropriate dance shoes.

Summer Music
We offer private music lessons personalized for your age and skill level, beginning to advanced.
Learn to play the piano, violin, bass, ukulele, flute, recorder, acoustic or electric guitar at your pace with an experienced music teacher. We also teach voice lessons to all ages. In-person and virtual music lessons during the summer can be scheduled from June 30th through August 9th. Students may schedule their lessons according to any summer travels.

Half and Full Day Sessions
Theater and Art Camp students will be encouraged to explore their imagination and creativity through many forms of theater and art while building a community of friends playing improv and acting games, singing, dancing, telling stories, and creating art.
This camp welcomes blossoming performing artists as well as kids new to public speaking who are looking to develop this important life skill. We work with all levels and encourage growth in a warm and supportive environment.

Musical Theater Camp

Half and Full Day Sessions
Musical Theater students will be immersed in creative problem solving and skill building lessons in the morning and in the afternoon will work together as a team to create a fun musical performance for family and friends to enjoy on the last day of class. Lessons will include public speaking, acting, voice, improv, movement and dance. Students will also stretch their creative art and engineering skills through designing and constructing sets, props and costumes. There are no auditions and all students will receive a role based on individual aptitude and comfort level.
